About us and these terms
SLGameHouse is operated by Sasanka Wijesinghe, at Embulambe, Rambukkana, Sri Lanka. Contact us at slgamehouse@outlook.com or 077 277 7347 (phone and WhatsApp). These terms apply to purchases and rentals supplied by us. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the Return and Refund Policy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Eligibility and responsible use
You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it for you. Provide accurate details, use an authorised payment method and keep your login credentials secure. Observe game age ratings. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, infringe intellectual property or attempt unauthorised access.
Products and compatibility
We offer the products identified in each listing, which may include physical games, digital products, rentals and gift cards. Check the platform, format, edition, account region, currency, expiry and device requirements before paying. Where a listing says format or availability must be confirmed, obtain confirmation first. Digital purchases provide only the rights stated in the listing and applicable licence. We do not promise rights beyond those we are authorised to supply.
Prices and order acceptance
Prices are in LKR unless expressly stated otherwise. We disclose the final total, applicable taxes, delivery fees and any rental deposit before payment. An enquiry or automated acknowledgement is not acceptance. We confirm availability and accept the order separately. If stock or a material pricing error prevents fulfilment, we will explain, seek your agreement to any change or cancel and refund any payment. We will not substitute a product without your agreement.
Payment and delivery
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. When enabled, PayHere processes card payments through its secure payment flow. Do not send card numbers or security codes to our support team. Digital products and rental instructions are delivered by the agreed electronic channel within 24 hours after cleared payment and order acceptance, unless a different period was disclosed before payment. Physical delivery or collection timing and charges are agreed before payment. Contact us if the agreed delivery time passes without fulfilment.
Rentals
Before payment, we confirm the rental format, start and end dates, access or return instructions, total fee, deposit and any late or damage charges. No undisclosed charge applies. Renewal requires a new agreement; rental fees do not automatically renew under these terms. Return physical items in their supplied condition, allowing for normal wear. If access fails for a reason attributable to us, contact us for restoration, replacement or an appropriate refund under our Return and Refund Policy.
Marketplace and third party services
A listing by another player is a transaction with that seller unless SLGameHouse is expressly identified as the seller. Confirm the seller, condition, payment and delivery arrangements before agreeing. Our store return policy applies to our own supply; it does not automatically bind independent sellers. Any marketplace fee or payment protection must be expressly stated. Platform availability and publisher services may change, but this does not remove remedies for our own failure to supply as agreed.
Rights disputes and changes
Brand names and game artwork belong to their respective owners. SLGameHouse is an independent store and does not claim endorsement by Sony, Microsoft or Netflix. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about a dispute; unresolved disputes are governed by Sri Lankan law and competent courts, subject to mandatory consumer rights. Updated terms apply to future orders, not retrospectively to accepted orders without your agreement.
